Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a State Farm experienced qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of a Licensed Insurance Account Representative. We seek an experienced, energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and servicing existing policy holders. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • State Farm experience 
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
  •  Property & Casualty license must currently possess.
  •  Life and Health license (must have currently) or (must be able to obtain).
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
